Ve’ahavta et YHWH Adonai Elohekha
And love YHWH, Adonai, Eloheinu, Elohim, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, Possessor of Majesty and Honor, the Lord your God, Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, HaShem, Shaddai, El Chai, Echad.
O YHWH, O Adonai, Eloheinu, Elohim, O Ever-Living One, O Self-Subsisting One, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, O HaShem, Shaddai, El Chai, Echad, O my God, free my relationship with You from constant terror. Teach me to love You and to do what is good for me and for my life, O my Elohim.
YHWH, O Adonai, Eloheinu, Elohim, O Ever-Living One, O Self-Subsisting One, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, O HaShem, Shaddai, El Chai, Echad, O God of my salvation, by day and by night I have cried out before You. Let my prayer come before You; incline Your ear to my cry. For my soul is filled with troubles, and my life has drawn near to the abyss. I am counted among those who descend to the pit; I have become like a man without strength. My bed is among the dead, like the slain lying in the grave, whom You remember no more and who are cut off from Your hand. You have placed me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the depths. Your anger rests upon me, and with all Your surging waters You have humbled me. You have put my acquaintances far from me; You have made me an abomination to them. I am shut in, with no way out. My eye has wasted away from misery. To You, YHWH, O Adonai, Eloheinu, Elohim, O Ever-Living One, O Self-Subsisting One, O Possessor of Majesty and Honor, O Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, O HaShem, Shaddai, El Chai, Echad, I have cried all day long; I have stretched out my hands to You.
I lift my eyes to the mountains, from where my help comes. My help comes from YHWH, Adonai, Eloheinu, Elohim, the Ever-Living, the Self-Subsisting, Possessor of Majesty and Honor, Ehyeh Asher Ehyeh, HaShem, Shaddai, El Chai, Echad, the Lord my God, maker of heaven and earth. (Then remain silent, meditative, and receptive for two minutes.)
