Fire breathing
Lie on your back in a quiet, comfortable place. Place your hands on the upper part of your abdomen.
Inhale slowly, filling the abdomen and lungs with air while imagining gentle, comfortable fiery energy entering.
Hold the breath for a few seconds and imagine the energy forming in the third chakra at the navel.
Then exhale slowly four times. Begin gradually speeding up the exhalations, from 1 to 20 quickly; then return to exhaling slowly four times again, and continue in this way.
Invocation of the four powers of Fire
Begin in the south, then west, then east, then north, and draw the symbol in red light while pronouncing:

YHVH Tzaboath
Then draw the symbol of Fire inside it in green while pronouncing:
Elohim
Make the sign of an upward-pointing triangle in front of the forehead.
Then say in the south:
Your purpose descends wrapped in tongues of flame as it settles firmly upon your forehead.
Then say in the west:
You appear in the very movement of the flame, and the ecstasies of your love bear the created worlds.
Then say in the east:
You go like a hot wind before the feet of the wise, until you become a whirlwind consuming ignorance.
Then say in the north:
You are a great heat pressing from within the shell of matter. The rose is an earthen image of the hidden flame. Amen.
Then visualize the radiant Tree of Life in the east while pronouncing:
Yehovah Tzabaoth. Elohim, blessed are You; Commander of Hosts is Your name. Amen.
The Middle Pillar ritual
Building the body in Atziluth
Perform the ritual with respect and reverence for the names of God. Vibrate Elohim once.
After that, vibrate a name of God 4 times for each Sephirah, starting from the bottom, Malkuth, in yellow, with the name Adonai Ha-Aritz.
Then, at the next Sephirah, at the genitals, imagine it in indigo blue and vibrate the name Shaddai El-Chai.
Then continue.

The Philosophus meditation
The Philosophus meditation focuses on contemplating the symbol of the Fire triangle and the planet Venus to reach a state of inner peace and a deeper understanding of universal love. To perform the meditation, sit in a quiet place and breathe deeply. Then visualize the Fire triangle in red or orange as a symbol of energy and passion, and focus on it. Next, visualize the planet Venus in green or pink as a symbol of love and beauty, and reflect on universal love and feelings of peace. Imagine the fire burning away any negative energy within you, and focus on the three aspects of Fire: passion, purification, and light. Finally, take a deep breath and slowly open your eyes to return to reality.
