4–7–8 breathing — second chakra
Imagine the pores of your body opening and air and nourishment entering your body. While holding the air, imagine energy gathering in the second chakra in the lower abdomen. As you exhale, imagine sparks of light emerging from the second chakra, permeating your whole body and forming an aura around you.
Invocation of the four powers of Water

Stand in the center of your circle and face south. Draw the Water pentagram in blue light while pronouncing:
Elohim Tzabaoth — Elohim Tzabaoth
Draw the symbol of Water in the center of the star while pronouncing:
EL
Join your hands in the shape of a downward-pointing triangle over the second chakra; hold this salute and say:
You are reflected upon the sea, and a path of light extends to the waters, from the feet of creation to the crown.
Then turn west, drawing the pentagram and pronouncing the names; then say:
Your garment is like darkness; it covers you and reveals you in the turning of the void.
Face east, draw and pronounce, then I say:
Your dew is as the purest, until it descends like drops into the resonant body of time.
Move to the north, do everything, then say:
You are here, even here, in your broken reflection; your rivers support the world, even as they consume the traces of stability. Amen.
Stand in the center of your circle and give the sign toward the east, then visualize the Tree of Life and say:
Elohim Tzabaoth, El, Elohim of Hosts: glory in the spirit of Elohim, which moved upon the face of the waters of creation. Amen.
Feel the power of the sealed pentagrams, and the strength and awe of the names of God.

Meditation on the oval
Meditate briefly on the oval and on the symbol of Mercury. Consider the qualities of Water, and how energies such as anger, hatred, and others can be used and transformed again to benefit from them in reaching total energy.

Perfection.
