The Fourfold Body of Light

Part One: The Fourfold Sephiroth

• In this grade, all four worlds unite.

• The body of light in the four worlds is the most powerful exercise in this book.

• I offer it here only to the student who has passed through the process of the elemental grades.

• Attempting this exercise before you are ready can cause serious psychological harm.

• Continue only if you are certain that you are ready for the Portal grade, having fulfilled all the requirements of the preceding grades.

🔹 Step One: Establishing the Tree within the body

• Sit in the east, facing west, and make sure your spine is straight.

• Visualize the glowing white Tree of Life superimposed on your entire body.

• It must be complete, including the paths connecting the Sephiroth.

• Turn its entire structure into the Atziluthic yellow of Malkuth.

• When this yellow Tree of Life is fully stable within and around your body, vibrate the divine name of Malkuth five times:

ADONAI HA-ARETZ (Adonai hah-aretz)

🔹 Step Two: Forming the aura around the body

• Visualize your aura taking shape around the Tree of Life and your physical body.

• Its colors in the Briatic world are:

• Citron yellow, olive, russet, and black.

• Vibrate the name of the archangel of Malkuth five times:

SANDALPHON (Sandalphon)

🔹 Step Three: Forming the etheric body within the aura

• Visualize the etheric body forming within the aura, superimposed on your physical body.

• The etheric body is within the skin.

• The “body of light” is formed within the oval, womb-like aura.

• The colors of Yetziratic Malkuth are:

• Citron yellow, olive, russet, and black, with scattered golden flecks.

• Vibrate the name of the angelic choir of Malkuth five times:

ASHIM (Ashim)

🔹 Step Four: Forming the solid crystalline body

• Visualize a statue resembling obsidian that represents you in place of your physical body.

• Solid crystalline rays of yellow radiate from the center of Tiphereth.

• The statue is opaque, but your imagination enables you to see its inside and outside at the same time.

• Feel the yellow rays within the black crystalline substance.

• Feel the weight of the new body.

• Vibrate the name of the Assiatic house associated with Malkuth five times:

OLAM YESODOTH (Olam Yesodoth)

🔹 Continuing the exercise:

• Continue sitting, lying down, or standing within your visualization of the four bodies of Malkuth for ten to twenty minutes.

• Picture clearly in your mind:

• The yellow Tree of Life.

• The four-colored aura.

• The etheric body with its four colors.

• The solid black and yellow body.

• This is one of the most complex visualization exercises, but it will become easy with practice.

• Feel the layers of condensed power as Malkuth manifests through your body within your ritual space.

• Remember that the universe condenses from the outside inward, just as your energy condenses from the inside outward.

Proceed in the same way through the remaining Sephiroth, pronouncing each name 5 times.
