2. Invocation and banishing of Mars on Tuesday
• Invoke Mars every Tuesday, before the Middle Pillar ritual and before the Philosophus meditation.
• For the invocation, face the planet’s direction and draw the red hexagram while repeating:
ARARITA
• Draw the red symbol of Mars in the center of the hexagram while repeating:
ELOHIM GIBOR
(Pronounced: Eh-lo-heem Gi-bor)
• Repeat the two names alternately three times, facing Mars, then say:
“Warrior of heaven. The mighty right arm of the Most High. You who cut down and burn the enemies of life and light: pierce this circle with the ray of Your justice to awaken within it the powers of Mars.”
• Feel the strong energy of Mars entering your circle, and fill yourself with it. Contemplate its uses for a few moments.
• When banishing Mars, use the red banishing hexagram and the red symbol of Mars toward the planet, repeating the divine names as before, without reciting the invocation.
